WeCatchAI is a community-driven platform that allows users to:

• Submit links to public social media content suspected of being AI-generated.
• Vote on whether submitted content is AI-generated or not.
• Earn points and rewards based on participation and voting accuracy.
• Engage in discussions about synthetic or manipulated content.

While we moderate content, WeCatchAI does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or integrity of user-submitted content or community votes.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Submit only public links from third-party platforms where sharing does not violate their terms.
• Not submit illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Vote truthfully and avoid manipulating vote outcomes.
• Not create multiple accounts or otherwise abuse the reward system.
• Not use the Platform for spam, harassment, or self-promotion.
• Comply with all applicable laws and third-party terms when using or interacting with content.

4. Points and Rewards

WeCatchAI operates a points-based system to incentivize participation.

• Points are earned through submissions, voting, and other approved activities.
• Points may be redeemable for gift cards, digital rewards, or other benefits, at our sole discretion.
• We may modify, suspend, or terminate the reward system at any time, with or without notice.
• Any fraudulent activity (e.g., fake votes, duplicate accounts) may result in point forfeiture and account suspension.
• Points and rewards have no cash value, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of the original content (e.g., comments, tags, explanations) you submit. However, by submitting content, you grant WeCatchAI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, distribute, and promote your content in connection with the Platform and related services.

You may only upload or share content that you have the legal right to use and distribute. Do not post copyrighted or proprietary content without proper authorization.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

WeCatchAI reserves the right, but not the obligation, to:

• Monitor user behavior and submissions.
• Remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
• Suspend or terminate user accounts for violations, including suspected fraud or abuse.
• Adjust, suspend, or revoke point balances earned in violation of these Terms.

We make moderation decisions in good faith and reserve the right to act at our sole discretion.

7. Third-Party Content and Services

The Platform may include content or links to third-party websites or services. WeCatchAI is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or legality of any third-party content or platform. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and governed by their respective terms and policies.

• The accuracy or reliability of votes or AI assessments,
• The availability or uninterrupted operation of the Platform,
• The safety, legality, or truthfulness of user-submitted content.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeCatchAI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Platform.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
